Our Mission |

We're Looking for a Few Good Men! Think you have what it takes to twirl? Everyone is welcome and anyone joining without previous experience is encouraged to visit our practices and learn what we do. We have a great mentor program that helps individuals obtain the skills necessary to performing with the group. The key to reaching our standard level of performance is ENTHUSIASM and INITIATIVE on the member's part - remember, this is a volunteer organization. Basic rifle skills cannot be learned overnight. It takes hours of practice to perform our routines. Training at home and muscle memory are key elements of how we perform with such grandeur. Beginner lessons can start as early as the fall months. Group rehearsals begin in January of each year, with little time allotted to teaching basic fundamentals. We encourage new members to start learning fundamentals during the summer. We promise to help you as much as you need and keep you realistically informed of your progress. However, we cannot guarantee that all members will have the ability to perform with the group the following season. The process is tough but rewarding. Performing with ROTC Chicago is an experience like no other. If you think you have what it takes to be a member of ROTC Chicago, send us an e-mail to joinus@rotcchicago.org with the following information below:
